Henrik Varmer is the manager of Data & Analytics at Lederne. Here, he leads a team of Data Scientists and Data Engineers, focused on building and deploying AI & Machine Learning solutions. Henrik and his team works on: – ML projects such as: LegalTech NLP, Lead Scoring, Churn prediction, Recommendation Systems, etc. – Delivering AI & ML with fully automated Continuous Integration & Delivery (CI/CD) – Building a connected, cloud data platform According to Gartner, 80% of ML projects never reach deployment. In light of this, Henrik is focused on getting AI to production, which is the only place it can create real value for stakeholders. To achieve this consistently, Henrik’s team has automated the entire delivery pipeline of Machine Learning projects, with automatic builds, tests, and deploys, automated scheduling and retraining, as well as automatic monitoring of deployed services.
